INGREDIENTS

  • Handful of ice
  • 400-500ml of milk/water/almond milk
  • 2 scoops of Pure Warrior 100% WPI Vanilla
  • 2 bananas
  • Generous squeeze of honey to taste

Optional:

  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Small handful of walnuts

 

METHOD

Throw your chosen ingredients in to a blender and serve!
