Vitamin B2 is a water soluble vitamin. Foods that are a good source of vitamin B2 include yeast products (such as vegemite), almonds, wheatgerm, wild rice and mushrooms.  It is also found in milk products and vegetables.

Vitamin B2 is essential for good health. It is involved in the body’s production of energy, immune health as well as the healthy growth of hair, skin and nails. Vitamin B2 also activates vitamin B6 and folate.
