HOW PERSONAL INFORMATION IS HELD AND PROTECTED
Your personal information may be stored in hard copy documents or in electronic form in our computer systems. In particular, your personal information, will be stored in 128 SSL bit encryption on database servers at our data centres or at data centres owned by third party hosting companies.
As required by the Privacy Act, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify any personal information that is no longer required for a permitted purpose.
ACCESSING AND CORRECTING YOUR INFORMATION
You have a right to access the personal information that we hold about you at any time, subject to certain exemptions under the Privacy Act.
We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we collect, use or disclose is accurate, complete, up-to-date and relevant to our dealings with you and the nature of our relationship with you.

PRIVACY COMPLAINTS OR DISPUTES

When you complete your registration of your member profile, you will receive informational/promotional e-mails from Swisse Wellness. You may opt-out from receiving this e-mail when you provide the information or follow the instructions as mentioned in the e-mail or included in each communication we send to you
Customer Service will unsubscribe you from that newsletter or other programs within ten business days.
