    No, your rewards points will not expire and are valid until you redeem them for discounts on purchases or subscriptions. Swisse reserves the right to modify or terminate the program and point values are subject to change without notice.
  • Will my Swisse Rewards account ever expire or close?
    No, your membership will remain open, even if you make no qualifying purchases to redeem points. Your points also remain available to you and do not expire.

    Yes, you can apply your points toward subscription costs.
  • Can I earn and use my Swisse Rewards points if I purchase Swisse products on other websites that carry the same products?
    No, you may only earn and redeem Swisse Rewards points when purchasing products on Swisse.com.
  • I buy a lot of Swisse products. Is there a special benefit for loyal shoppers like me?
    While all shoppers on Swisse.com can earn points when they sign up for the Swisse Rewards program, the points earned for each dollar spent increases when you spend more. Once you’ve spent a total of $300 on Swisse.com, you will earn 2 points for every dollar spent on all subsequent orders. There are 3 VIP levels:

    SILVER: Spend $0-$99 – earn 1 point per dollar spent.

    GOLD: Spend $100-$299 – earn 1.5 points per dollar spent.

    PLATINUM: Spend over $300 – earn 2 points on every dollar spent on all subsequent orders.
  • Can I merge points into one account if I have multiple Swisse Rewards accounts?
    Yes, if you somehow opened more than one account, we would be happy to assist you. Please email our friendly customer service team at hello@swisse.com and be sure to include all account information and specify which account you want to use as the main account.
